The apartment is equipped with a security door and double glazed windows, the shutters are electrically controlled. The house is equipped with a small safe. The apartment has a long corridor that opens on the left to a fully equipped kitchen and on the right to a living room with a comfortable L-shaped sofa that can become a practical double sofa bed and 40′ TV, a double bedroom with a large closet, a 32′ TV and a balcony, a single bedroom with a view of the Cupola, a bathroom with shower.

Petrus is situated in a strategic position and it takes a while to get to the beautiful Saint Peter's Basilica, in which the Pope celebrates the main manifestations of the catholic worship. In a few steps you can get into the smallest state of the world, The Vatican city, with his magnificent and vast Vatican Museums where there are art collections, of the most important and prestigious, and culminating with the Sistine Chapel, one of the most extraordinary masterpiece of other times, the maximum expression of the Italian Renaissance. With a brief walk you can go up to the terrace of Gianicolo where you can see a breathtaking view of the eternal city. From Saint Peter, going along Via della Conciliazione, you can reach Catel Sant'Angelo, at first built as Hadrian's mausoleum, from the middle age it has been used as a fortress for the Popes. Subsequently, crossing Sant'Angelo bridge and going along Via dei Coronari, you can reach the historical Piazza Navona, where you can see the works of Borromini and Bernini like the church of Santa Agnese (Saint Agnes) and the famous Fontana dei fiumi (Fountain of the rivers). From Piazza Navona you can reach the Pantheon, the only work in the world brought to us from the antic Rome. In the nearness there's the historical neighbouring district of the papal Rome with the most interesting historical points which are Palazzo Farnese and Campo dei fiori, that has kept the renaissance charm and the vivacity with the colourful market that animates the place. Continuing this lovely walk, you can see important monuments of the Romans. For those who love shopping, near the house there's the most famous shopping streets like Cola di Rienzo. For those who are interested, Via di Gregorio VII, since the 70s, is a street dedicated to the furnishings of the house. In the street there are several shops that offer the most important leading brands. For the lovers of the nature and long walks, with the bus, it's possible to reach in 10 minutes, Villa Pamphilij, the green heart of the city of Rome. The rest of the area offers great choices of restaurants, pizzerias, breweries, wine-bars, ice-cream parlours and supermarkets.

Right near the house there's the train station of Roma San Pietro from which you can reach, by train: Roma Termini (metro A and B) Roma Tiburtina (metro B) Roma Tuscolana (metro A Ponte lungo) Roma Trastevere Roma Ostiense (metro A and B) Valle Aurelia (metro A) There are several bus lines that can be taken at the stop near the house. Distances with the principals connections: From Termini train station : it is easy to get there with the bus number 64 (in 30 minutes) or with the train from San Pietro station (in 25 minutes). At 35 km - Ciampino airport G.B Pastine (low cost flights) (45 minutes by car) At 30 km - Fiumicino airport "Leonardo da Vinci" (40 minutes by car or train). At 70 km - Civitavecchia Port (1 hour by car or by train from San Pietro station) By 15 minutes walk it is possible to reach Metro A: Ottaviano, Lepanto and Cipro.
