Peony apartment is composed of a large living room with a cooking area, a bedroom and two bathrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people.
The kitchen is part of the large living area: we have paid great attention to the choice of appliances, so we can guarantee you a first class kitchen. You will have at your complete disposal BOSCH induction plates, which allow you to prepare excellent dishes in a short time and a WHIRLPOOL microwave oven, useful for defrosting, but also for the preparation of quick dishes, along with a complete set of pots and utensils. The colorful SMEG refrigerator will dye every meal with lively notes together with the dishes provided by our structure. It will be a joy just to gather around the table. We have also thought about your breakfast: here nothing is really missing! Toaster, kettle, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine, everything you need to pamper yourself. You will find a relaxation area, with a large and comfortable sofa, which if necessary turns into a comfortable double bed (160cm wide) a comfortable armchair, Smart TV with connection to the main streaming portals NETFLIX, PRIME VIDEO and YOUTUBE. Ideal solution to relax snuggled under a blanket after a day spent admiring the many beauties of Rome. The apartment also offers a balcony equipped with a deckchair and a small table, ideal to enjoy a glass of good wine at sunset. It continues with the large room (21 sqm) consisting of king size double bed (180×200), equipped with DORELAN mattresses and fantastic memory topper, single bed (90×200), a large closet with 4 doors with safe and first aid kit, Smart TV, also prepared for connection to streaming channels and practical USB sockets to recharge your electronic devices. The double bed can easily be converted into two comfortable single beds.
The apartment has two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite; the two bathrooms, complete, are equipped with a large shower (150×100) in common; you don't have to worry about your privacy, which will be guaranteed by the totally opaque windows! Both are equipped with hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and towels.
In this apartment are also welcome guests with 4 legs of small and medium size, we know it is not easy to find facilities that accept them, but we love animals and fully understand the desire and the need to have our friends with us. We ask to be notified of their presence at the time of booking and ask for a small extra charge for final cleaning. We provide water and food bowls for your pups.
